POLICY
1) SCHEDULE
I offer lessons Monday-Wednesday, with re-scheduled lessons possible on Thursday or Friday. Students will arrive at the agreed time for the lesson.
Should I be ill or need to cancel a lesson, you will not be billed for those missed lessons. I also will travel from time to time, and will make you aware of any travel dates a minimum of 2 weeks before the lessons that this will affect.
2) PAYMENT
Lessons are to be paid for on a monthly basis. I will send out invoices for all lessons in the month in the last week of each month, with the payment due on the last day of the month. For example, for January lessons, you’ll receive an invoice on 24th Jan, with payment due by 31st Jan. Late payments made in the next calendar month will incur a late fee of £5 to be added to the next month’s invoice.
All payments should be made by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Bank details for payment will be provided with all invoices sent.
3) CANCELLATIONS/MISSED LESSONS
Students/parents should be in contact as soons as possible when a lesson needs to be missed or cancelled. I keep a 24-hour late cancellation policy, which means any cancellations within 24-hours of the lesson will be included on the monthly invoice at the usual cost. However, if it’s possible to re-schedule that same week on Thursday or Friday, I’m happy to accommodate a make-up lesson.
